We obtain information about you from various sources, such as: applications, identification documents, personal financial statements, etc. and other written or electronic communication reflecting information such as your name, address, passport details, identification numbers, biometric information, telephone number, occupation, assets, income and any other information we deem necessary.

When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this Data Policy.
We disclose information with BUGLY for our commercial purposes. However, we;
require them to agree to use your data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy and Cookie Notice, our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the law; and
only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for purposes other than those contained in this Policy not for their personal use.
How We Protect Your Information
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, unauthorized access, misuse, modification or disclosure of information under our control. This may include the use of encryption, access controls and other forms of security to ensure that your data is protected. We require all parties including our staff and third-parties processing data on our behalf to comply with relevant policies and guidelines to ensure confidentiality and that information is protected in use, when stored and during transmission. Our security controls and processes are also regularly updated to meet and exceed industry standards.
Where we have provided you (or where you have chosen) a password feature which grants you exclusive access to your account, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We request that you do not to share your password or other authentication details with anyone.
Information You Provide
Your Account Information. You may provide your mobile phone number and basic information (including a profile name of your choice) to create an Budchat Account. If you don’t provide us with this information, you may not be able to create an account to use our Services. You can add other information to your account, such as a profile picture and "about" information.
Your Messages. We do not retain your messages in the ordinary course of providing our Services to you. Instead, your messages are stored on your device and not typically stored on our servers. Once your messages are delivered, they are deleted from our servers. The following scenarios describe circumstances where we may store your messages in the course of delivering them:
Undelivered Messages. If a message cannot be delivered immediately (for example, if the recipient is offline), we keep it in encrypted form on our servers for up to 7 days as we try to deliver it. If a message is still undelivered after 7 days, we delete it.
Media Forwarding. When a user forwards media within a message, we store that media temporarily in encrypted form on our servers to aid in more efficient delivery of additional forwards.
We offer end-to-end encryption for our Services. End-to-end encryption means that your messages are encrypted to protect against us and third parties from reading them.
Opt-Out Rights
If you do not wish to receive offers or other notices from us in the future, you can "opt out" by following the "unsubscribe" instructions in any communication you receive from us.
Accessing Your Information
You must notify us of any change in your Personal Information by updating your profile through our Services. Any changes will affect only future uses of your Personal Information.
Subject to applicable law, which might, from time to time, oblige us to store your Personal Information for a certain period of time, we will respect your wishes to correct inaccurate information.
